As I write this, I’m sipping coffee at the comfort of my home. It’s raining outside. On a normal day, this would have meant that the traffic would have come to a grinding halt and I would have been stuck for hours to no end, if I had stepped out.
And I would have had a reason to step out…. I had wanted to learn Japanese Language and I would have had to go to the venue to attend the session.
But guess what? I just finished my class, right here, just a few minutes ago. I took an online Japanese Language class!
It was sooooo much fun! And that’s an understatement. My college friends have joined too, so it was just like back in those days. In class, learning and having fun at the same time.
The lessons are interactive. The study material is shared before the classes, so there is no hassle. The virtual media the institution uses, also provides for interactive fun activities. These I feel are critical to provide for an impetus to learning. And what’s more? It’s just like a normal face-to-face class.
Know what? I even had the chance to make friends with people from other states and countries! My classmates are not only Indians from different states, but also from our neighbouring countries. It’s a bonus that I not only get to learn about the Japanese Language and Culture, but also get a flavour of looking at the similarities and differences in other cultures and languages!
Okay! So how did I get into these classes? No brownie points for guessing – Family and Friends Group chats of course! I was chatting up with my college gang and family gang and they strongly recommended it. Sharing a snapshot of my chat with them here!
To be honest, initially I was sceptical. I did my entire education in a face-to-face environment. I wondered how effective online classes would be? Especially while learning a language??
But here I am! From Konnichiwa to being able to make basic sentences with confidence in just a few months!
I looked up information on the internet about learning this language. I came across few important information, that I feel I should share with you. I believe there are quite a few MOUs signed between India & Japan. Therefore the career opportunities that will come by our way after learning the language are aplenty.
Another fun reason to join was of-course my love for anime & manga. Now I can watch anime without sub titles and also read manga in Japanese!!
You should give this a try! This is the best chance for you to up-skill and be all set for when the opportunity comes knocking! Even if you just thinking of something fun, learning Japanese online is a must try.
Let me share the institute’s contact information here : Sakuraa Nihongo Resource Centre +91 89043 90300 / +91 72597 83161
Hoping to converse in Japanese with you soon!
